Job summary

Predikt seeks a Head of Product/Senior Product Manager in Leuven, Belgium to define and execute the product strategy for our AI-driven cost intelligence platform. You will collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and clients to shape the roadmap and translate business needs into actionable requirements for enterprise customers in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering impactful product strategies in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership mindset: drive projects from concept to delivery without handholding.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using analytics and user insights.
• Experience with product management tools and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and deliver the product roadmap in line with Predikt’s strategic goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to guide development from idea to launch and own the product vision.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Drive prioritization of features, balancing immediate opportunities with long-term strategy.
• Analyze product usage, metrics, and market trends to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product quality and consistency across all releases.
• Act as a trusted voice of the customer internally, while shaping our platform for enterprise scale.
• Navigate and thrive in a data-heavy, complex software environment, ensuring clarity and usability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
