Job summary
Next Ventures is seeking an FP&A Product Owner to drive the ERP-based digital transformation of financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will partner with Finance leadership to translate strategy into a technology roadmap, with emphasis on AI, automation and data-driven decision making.
The role combines FP&A expertise with ERP experience and strong product ownership, coaching Finance stakeholders through new capabilities and enablers for intelligent automation across forecasting,
Qualifications
- 5+ years ERP experience, ideally Oracle ERP or Fusion.
- Finance Product Owner / FP&A or Controlling leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and change facilitation.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled finance use cases.
- Agile experience with backlog and roadmap ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for Finance & Controlling technology capabilities.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews with delivery teams and Finance stakeholders.
- Define KPIs to measure product adoption, process efficiency and reporting value.
- Ensure AI-enabled solutions meet governance, risk and data quality requirements.
