Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end FP&A and CPM implementations for enterprise finance clients. You will translate client requirements into scalable Prophix One configurations, guiding engagements from scoping through go-live and beyond.

You will mentor junior staff, lead design workshops, and ensure high client satisfaction while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency across projects. This role is hybrid and globally collaborative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consulting, implementation, or finance systems role delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end.
• Ability to run full-cycle FP&A or CPM implementations with limited architect oversight.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A/CPM implementations for enterprise clients with autonomy.
• Run discovery sessions and solution design workshops independently.
• Own quality, timeline and commercial outcomes from scoping to post-go-live support.
• Manage multiple concurrent complex client projects with proactive risk management.
• Support pre-sales scoping, effort estimation, and demos where senior delivery credibility is needed.
• Embed AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery productivity and outputs.
