Job summary

Prophix is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Prophix One FP&A/ CPM projects for enterprise clients across EMEA. You will guide scoping, design, configuration, training, and go-live, while managing risks and client expectations.

You’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to internal best practices, and help embed AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and outcomes. You'll work in a hybrid setup with global teams, travel as needed, and collaborate with CFOs and finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or finance systems with end-to-end delivery.
• Proven ability to run FP&A or CPM implementations with limited architect dependency.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes and financial statements.
• Advanced MS Office, esp. Excel for modelling and configuration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with CFO/VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management discipline across multiple engagements.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related technical field.
• Based in EMEA and able to travel domestically and internationally with a valid passport.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve delivery productivity and outputs.
• Curious, adaptable, collaborative, and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A/CPM implementations from scoping to go-live and hypercare.
• Run discovery sessions and design workshops, translating client needs into Prophix configurations.
• Manage multiple complex engagements, controlling timelines, risks, and scope.
• Engage senior client stakeholders and provide training and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal methodology, tooling, and pre-sales.
