Jobtailor is seeking a customer support professional in Antwerp, Belgium to deliver world-class assistance via Zendesk and help customers get the most from our platform.

You will investigate customer-reported issues with technical problem solving, automate repetitive work, and stay updated on Oper's products to better support users. English fluency is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing support role, ideally in a SaaS/fintech/B2B software context.
• Solid understanding of how software works and debugging customer-reported problems.
• Love for problem solving and structuring solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented with an agile mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support via Zendesk, replying to customer questions and guiding them to maximize the platform.
• Understand customer context and assist with questions and problems they face.
• Investigate bugs and defects reported by customers using technical problem-solving skills.
• Automate repetitive support tasks to reduce manual work.
• Continuously learn about Oper's products and updates to better support users.
