Oper Credits BV in Belgium seeks an AI-native Customer Support Representative to champion customer success in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will use AI tooling to draft responses, triage tickets, and build macros, combining problem-solving with proactive automation.

With 2–4 years in support, you’ll resolve issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and continuously improve processes. The role is hybrid, CET hours, Antwerp office, reporting to Head of Customer Success

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing support role, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or B2B software context.
• Solid understanding of how software works, comfortable debugging customer-reported problems.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Dutch/French/German) are a plus.
• Solution-oriented; works independently and proactively.
• Agile attitude; familiar with Zendesk or similar tooling.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support via Zendesk, replying to questions and guiding users.
• Understand customer context and assist with questions and problems.
• Investigate bugs and work with product/engineering to resolve them quickly.
• Automate repetitive support work and build macros/workflows.
• Monitor, document, and report on support activities; identify what to automate next.
• Continuously learn Oper's products and updates to better assist users.
