Accenture is seeking professionals to apply AX Design principles, designing AI-enabled processes and interfaces across transformations. You will develop future-state workflows, assess impacts, and leverage AI-assisted analytics to deliver actionable recommendations for clients in various industries.

The role emphasizes ongoing learning, client-facing delivery, and the embedding of AI design into process specifications to optimize human–machine interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience producing industry or function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments.
• Previous usage of AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Delivered project work in a consulting environment or relevant industry domain.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Utilize AI tools to produce trend and forces assessments for a client industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments with AI-assisted visualization.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools and provide recommendations.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis.
• Apply domain knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and playbook content.
• Contribute to the reference library and maintain current domain expertise via continuous learning.
• Define how AI agents should behave within redesigned process steps and handoffs.
