Accenture is seeking a professional to apply AX Design to design future-state processes and AI integration points across client engagements. You will build data-driven analyses, benchmark performance, and develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted tools.

You will contribute to knowledge libraries and stay current with emerging AI capabilities while collaborating with consultants across industries to deliver high-impact transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Experience producing industry or function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• Previous usage of AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design
• You have previously delivered project work in consulting environment OR industry experience in at least one domain
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations

Responsabilités

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and content
• Contribute to the reference library and continuous learning
• Apply AX Design principles when specifying AI integration designs
