Accenture Belgium seeks a detail-oriented team member to assist in researching and organizing information for AI-enabled process design. You will help create agents and tools to facilitate client assessments and document human–AI interaction points within processes.

You will gather industry data, prepare structured templates, and contribute sections to methodology playbooks and the reference library. Maintain IP documentation and advance AI literacy through continuous-learning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or related field, or relevant coursework or internship.
• Ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear formats.
• Experience with AI tools (GenAI platforms or AI-assisted research) in academic or work settings.
• Familiarity with business process concepts and AI fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support research and template creation for client assessments.
• Document workshop outputs and prepare data tables for change-impact analyses.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps, methodologies, and IP libraries.
• Maintain reference libraries and complete AI literacy modules.
