Alfabet in Belgium (Gent and Sint-Niklaas) seeks a (Junior) IT Operations & Process Improvement Specialist with a passion for Salesforce, automation and AI-driven ways of working. You will enable teams, automate workflows, and drive citizen development across the business.

You’ll act as a daily go-to person for users, help optimize processes, and contribute to the company’s digital enablement strategy in a flexible, hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
• Strong affinity for Salesforce, automation and AI-driven work.
• Interest in IT, digitalization and process optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus; familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT is a bonus.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented; proactive and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for operational questions, enabling the business.
• Assist users in Salesforce and other tools (NL/FR).
• Manage user accounts and access rights with emphasis on automation.
• Identify recurring issues and address them with systemic solutions.
• Analyze processes and propose improvements; build and optimize workflows around Salesforce.
• Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes; collaborate to increase efficiency.
• Work with teams to improve scalability and impact.
