Data Wizards is looking for an HR intern in Brussels to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the data & AI space. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and participate in sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages.

You'll help source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct pre-screen calls, and maintain a clean candidate database while nurturing relationships beyond active roles. This role offers practical exposure and growth in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor or Master and able to provide internship agreement.
• First HR experience as student or intern.
• Organized, proactive and takes initiative.
• Enjoys thinking creatively and bringing fresh ideas.
• Good with people and puts them at ease.
• Attention to detail.
• Curious about tech/AI

Responsabilités

• Engage with HR BP and participate in full recruitment process.
• Attend to candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and database.
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups.
• Conduct pre-selection calls with candidates.
• Create a smooth experience for candidates.
• Keep candidate database clean and ready to use.
• Nurture relationships with candidates beyond active processes.
• Help prepare CVs for client submissions
