Prophix, a growing Financial Performance Platform company, is expanding its European presales team. We seek a Solution Engineer to rapidly analyze challenges, design strategic CPM solutions, and guide clients toward outcomes.

You will lead high-impact demonstrations, engage with Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales on execution strategy. Frequent travel within Europe is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in consulting, pre-sales or financial systems in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Post-secondary degree in Mathematics, CS, Finance, or related field.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and articulate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally (occasional).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced discussions on CPM/BI, shaping customer architectures and roadmaps.
• Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing as the senior SME for Prophix CPM platform.
• Advise customers on best practices and transformation strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to influence product roadmaps with field insights.
