Predikt is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Customer circle, collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will engage in discovery calls, demos, pilots, and scope pilots to demonstrate value and guide buyers through the path to value.

You will lead onboarding projects, map customer cost structures into Predikt, configure cost cards and models, connect data sources, and train users for day-to-day use, while maintaining ongoing customer success after go-live.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in implementation, functional consulting, or customer-facing delivery (enterprise B2B SaaS/analytics).
• Background in procurement, supply chain, finance, or FMCG.

Responsabilités

• Support pre-sales: pilots scoping, configuring, proposals, demos.
• Own the end-to-end implementation for new Predikt customers — from kickoff to go-live.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Solve our customers hardest problems and feed learnings into the product roadmap.
• Train procurement, finance, and category management users on the platform.
• Own Customer Success and support after go-live — upsell opportunities to Sales.
