Axis Group is seeking an AML AI Specialist to transform compliance processes by integrating AI into AML workflows. You’ll collaborate with AML analysts to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency, using your AML and AI expertise in an agile setup with partial teleworking.

You’ll apply KYC, KYT and due diligence knowledge to build prototypes, pilot solutions, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid background in AML operations, regulatory compliance, or financial crime.
• Understanding of KYC, KYT, and Due Diligence processes.
• Experience using AI tools, AI-driven assistants, or generative AI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Analyze AML workflows with analysts to understand time/resource allocation.
• Identify tasks that are repetitive and could benefit from AI-enabled assistance.
• Prioritize improvement opportunities by business impact and ease of implementation.
• Maintain a streamlined backlog of automation initiatives.
• Configure and develop AI agents, copilots, and prompt-driven assistants.
• Build prototypes and pilot solutions to validate value quickly.
• Test AI solutions with end users and refine based on feedback.
• Apply knowledge of AML controls and regulatory requirements.
• Measure time savings and operational benefits and document insights.
