You will work with AML analysts and team leads to target quick wins, develop AI copilots, and integrate AI tools with existing controls in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AML operations, compliance or financial crime experience.
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYT and Due Diligence processes.
• Experience using or building AI assistants, AI agents or GenAI solutions.
• Ability to independently build prototypes and working solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with business users.
• Pragmatic and delivery-oriented.

NextLink is having an existingposition as a AML AI Specialist in Brussels area, Belgium.

The ABW teamis operational Anti-Money Laundering function, responsible for performingcustomer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, transaction-relatedinvestigations and other regulatory analyses required to manage financial crimerisks. The team operates in a highly regulated environment where quality,consistency, traceability and timely processing are essential. Alongside itsday-to-day activities, ABW is continuously seeking practical improvements thatreduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency and support analysts inhandling a growing volume and complexity of cases.

As part of this ambition, the team is exploring the use of AI-assisted tools and agents tosupport activities such as information gathering, case preparation, documentanalysis and quality checks while maintaining full human oversight andregulatory compliance

ABW is lookingfor a hands-on AML professional with practical AI experience to help identifyand implement a limited number of high-impact efficiency improvements withinAML operations.

The objectiveis not to launch a large transformation programme, but to rapidly test, buildand deploy practical solutions that reduce manual effort for analysts whilemaintaining quality, consistency and traceability.

Work directly with AML analysts and team leads to identify repetitive, manual or time-consuming activities and develop practical AI solutions that simplify daily work.

Profile
