In4Matic in Brussels is seeking a hands-on AML & AI Consultant for a three‑month engagement to transform day‑to‑day financial crime operations with practical AI tools. You will identify high‑impact opportunities, build and test practical solutions, and demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency, and traceability—always with human oversight at the centre.

Qualifications

• Professional AML/compliance or financial crime operations experience.
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYT, CDD and EDD processes.
• Familiarity with PEP and sanctions screening, funds investigations, and transaction monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Work with AML analysts and leads to identify repetitive, manual activities.
• Prioritize AI opportunities by impact and ease of implementation.
• Maintain a pipeline of improvements, quick wins and use cases.
• Build and configure AI assistants, copilots, agents, and prompt-based solutions.
• Develop prototypes and pilots for integration into workflows.
• Test with end users, gather feedback, iterate quickly.
• Ensure AI improvements align with AML controls and governance.
• Deliver reusable solutions with documentation for future use.
