Next-Link in Brussels area, Belgium, is seeking an AML AI Specialist to help identify and implement practical AI enhancements within the Anti-Money Laundering domain. The role focuses on quick wins, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration with AML analysts.

You will develop AI agents and copilots, ensure alignment with KYC/KYT and sanctions checks, and deliver measurable efficiency gains while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AML experience.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, KYT and Due Diligence processes.
• Experience using or building AI assistants, AI agents or GenAI solutions.
• Ability to independently build prototypes and working solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with business users.

• Build Practical AI Solutions by configuring and prototyping AI agents or copilots.
