EY invites you to join the Risk Management Digital team as a Data Governance & AI Risk Analyst, shaping data quality, governance, and AI risk management. You will design dashboards and reporting for stakeholders, improve data models, and automate processes.

With 2–6 years of relevant experience and a degree, you will collaborate across teams, translate regulatory needs into practical workflows, and contribute to AI governance initiatives while working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–6 years of experience in data, reporting, governance, compliance or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance and data quality initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting insights for management and stakeholders.
• Analyze data quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve reporting reliability, transparency, and process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and optimization (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical data solutions.
• Contribute to data model improvements and overall reporting architecture.
• Support AI and data-driven initiatives including Copilot use cases and AI governance topics.
