g2 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data & AI Governance Consultant to join the Data & AI Governance Team. You will design scalable, secure governance practices for data and AI products that deliver measurable business value and enable agile, product-driven delivery.

Responsibilities include defining policies, standards and processes, embedding policy-as-code where possible, owning the enterprise governance platform, and reporting governance KPIs and risks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise Data & AI governance platforms.
• Ability to translate governance policies into practical business processes.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement governance framework aligned with agile, product-driven ways of working.
• Define policies, standards, and processes data usage.
• Embed governance into tools and workflows using policy-as-code where possible.
• Own and enhance the enterprise data governance platform.
• Govern AI, GenAI, and GenBI use cases.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, data teams, architects, security, and legal stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report governance KPIs, compliance metrics, and risks.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
