As a Data Governance & AI Risk Analyst, you will help improve reporting quality, support smarter and more efficient processes, and contribute to a more data-driven, future-ready Risk Management environment. Your Key Responsibilities
Support data governance and data quality initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting insights for management and business stakeholders.
Analyze data quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve reporting reliability, transparency, and process efficiency.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and optimization, leveraging tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Copilot-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical, scalable, and user-friendly data solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data models, dataflows, semantic layers, and overall reporting architecture.
Support AI and data-driven initiatives, including Copilot use cases, reporting enhancements, and AI governance topics.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of AI governance and risk management processes, translating compliance requirements into practical workflows, structures, and tools (e.g., SharePoint setups, intake forms, approval flows).
Your Profile
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in data, reporting, governance, compliance, risk management, digital transformation, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in data governance, reporting, AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation, and are eager to understand how these translate into practical risk and compliance processes.
You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured, hands‑on approach and a keen eye for detail.
You are familiar with reporting and visualization tools, ideally including Power BI, and have some experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
Knowledge of data modelling, SQL, database structuring, Power Automate, or scripting is a strong asset.
You understand the importance of accuracy, traceability, and compliance when working with sensitive or regulated data.
You are collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across teams in a dynamic environment.
You communicate fluent in English and Dutch or French.
