Visser & Van Baars in Brussels seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Analyst to bridge business and technical AI teams, translating challenges into scalable automation use cases.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, data, security and privacy teams to design, deliver and validate AI-enabled workflows, with homeworking possibilities and a competitive package.

Competenze

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in business analysis, functional analysis, information systems, engineering, automation or a related environment.
• Experience delivering digital, low-code or workflow automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with fit-gap analysis and User Acceptance Testing.
• Understanding APIs, integrations, authentication and data flows.
• Knowledge of security-by-design, privacy, data governance and maintainability.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, RAG and MCP.

Mansioni

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify objectives and opportunities.
• Analyse business processes and identify AI and workflow automation opportunities.
• Assess feasibility, value and costs of proposed solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, process models and data needs.
• Design solution architectures covering AI agents, actions, integrations and UX.
• Determine delivery approach with internal or external AI teams.
• Configure and maintain AI agents and automation workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and issue remediation.
• Prepare user documentation and support materials.
• Monitor adoption, usage and quality metrics post-implementation.
