Equans BeLux is seeking an AI & Automation Solutions Analyst to translate business needs into AI-driven workflows. You will facilitate workshops, analyze processes and define automation opportunities using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

The role combines business analysis with hands‑on solution development in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with security, privacy and data teams to ensure compliant, scalable implementations and support rollout and adoption across the

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and delivery of automation solutions.
Hands-on experience building, testing and maintaining solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and UAT skills.
Awareness of AI agent concepts, data flows and solution architecture.

Responsabilités

Facilitate workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities.
Analyse current and future business processes and identify AI and workflow automation use cases.
Estimate solution costs and support business case development.
Collect, analyse and prioritise business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
