ARHS Developments Belgium is seeking an experienced AI Coach to drive AI-adoption within software teams for a leading healthcare technology client. You will promote responsible AI practices, coach engineers on AI-enabled development, and help define governance for AI usage.

The role focuses on improving developer productivity, ensuring quality and security, and delivering scalable, compliant AI-enabled software delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to influence technical teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven facilitation skills for workshops, training sessions, and collaborative discussions.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Empathetic and approachable, with excellent listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working across software development teams.
• Coach engineers and technical teams on AI-assisted development practices using GitHub Copilot.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement high-value AI use cases throughout the SDLC.
• Support teams in transitioning from experimentation to scalable AI-driven processes.
• Contribute to governance, responsible AI, training, and change management efforts.
