Keystone Solutions is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to lead IT transformation initiatives on a client site, driving agile maturity, governance, and organizational design. You will shape strategy, establish KPIs, and mentor the coaching team for sustained improvement in complex environments.

You will guide IT leadership toward autonomous, continuous improvement, partnering with management to translate digital strategy into concrete initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile & Lean methodologies with extensive experience guiding Agile transformations in complex organizations.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking; ability to translate complex change processes into actionable steps.
• Experience in coaching IT teams and Agile coaches within large IT environments.
• Proven ability to design operating models and governance structures for agile delivery.
• Ability to define IT KPIs and maturity indicators for ongoing improvement.
• Experience in mentoring and scaling Agile coaching teams across organizations.
• Proven track record in change management during technology-driven transformations.
• Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Knowledge of organizational design and scaling in complex IT setups.
• Experience applying metrics, KPIs, OKRs for transformation programs.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an Agile Transformation Coach with strong IT transformation expertise for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves delivering key outcomes across various aspects of Agile transformation.

Key Deliverables:

• Agile Maturity Assessment & Organizational Analysis:
  Conduct maturity assessments within relevant transformation domains. Analyze current working methods, IT governance, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Identify strengths, gaps, risks, and priority improvement areas. Challenge existing Agile practices using external expertise and best practices.
• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap:
  Translate digital strategy into concrete IT transformation initiatives. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define the desired future state. Support strategic decision-making and prioritization within the transformation.
• Operating Model & Agile Governance:
  Assist in designing a future-oriented operating model. Advise on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures. Ensure alignment between teams, management, and strategic objectives.
• KPI's, Metrics & Success Criteria:
  Define IT-specific KPIs and metrics for tracking progress and maturity. Support management in interpreting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coaching & Mentoring of the Agile Coaching Team:
  Coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team, enhancing competencies in organizational change and Agile transformation.
• Management Coaching & Agile Leadership:
  Guide IT management in Agile leadership, supporting the evolution of management practices towards autonomy and continuous improvement.

Technical and Generic Competencies:

We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in Agile & Lean methodologies and extensive experience in guiding Agile transformations within complex organizations. You should possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex change processes into actionable steps.
