Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Business Transformation Advisor for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of the implementation strategy regarding the digital prescription of the health authority and the integration of the Telemonitoring application into the Hub/Metahub ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further develop the implementation strategy for the digital prescription and integration of the Telemonitoring application.
• Monitor a transition period by maintaining contacts with the sector (hospitals, telemonitoring providers, Hubs, etc.).
• Carefully follow up and monitor the planning of the strategy, the transition period, and other yet-to-be-defined tracks in this project.
• Manage stakeholders (government and cabinet, hospitals, umbrella organizations, telemonitoring providers, and the broader health sector).
• Develop and execute a communication plan for various stakeholders.
