Job summary

Nova Ventura is seeking an experienced Agile & IT Coach to guide teams in adopting agile frameworks and IT best practices. The role involves coaching and mentoring teams, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

This full-time position located in Brussel/Amsterdam targets medior or senior professionals with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT, plus certifications such as CSM or CAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (CSM, CAC) are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or IT Coach with knowledge of Scrum/Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and IT best practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome adoption challenges.
• Provide hands-on coaching to improve agile capabilities.
• Align agile initiatives with organizational goals with leadership support.
