Job summary

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an expert Process coach for its Agile Process Coaching team in Brussels to empower IT teams and deliver more value. The role covers defining IT processes, ensuring alignment with group rules and EU regulations while collaborating with partners to optimize processes and knowledge management tools.

Requirements include at least ten years of relevant experience, a master degree or equivalent, strong analytical skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Ten years relevant experience in IT/process coaching.
• Master degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and IT delivery/production experience.
• Ability to coach workshops and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of IT management frameworks and regulatory knowledge.
• Banking sector experience preferred; Dutch/French optional.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the Process Team in daily activities and evolution.
• Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework.
• Ensure compliance with IT Group rules, National Bank of Belgium requirements or EU regulations.
• Collaborate with key partners to simplify and optimize processes.
• Support process maturity assessments and documentation.
• Evolve the agile process referential and knowledge management tools.
