Asenium Consulting seeks an experienced Agile Coach in Brussels for a four-month transformation project. The role requires 10+ years in Agile coaching, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Agile operating models in large organisations.
• Experience implementing Agile/Scrum structures in non-IT organisations.
• Experience coaching senior management.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
• Certification in Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, DA, or DevOps.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Guide squads, chapters, and individuals in implementing an Agile operating model tailored to the department’s needs.
• Assess teams’ knowledge and maturity to select appropriate techniques.
• Encourage the adoption of Agile values and behaviours.
• Coach senior management, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and other Agile leaders.
• Lead change management activities related to adopting the new way of working.
• Organise training, mentoring, and individual coaching sessions when required.
• Adapt training materials and working documents to support day-to-day methodologies.
• Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and Agile Coaches to implement continuous improvements.
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies at squad, tribe, and guild levels.

We are looking for an Agile Coach (10 years of experience) for a four-month Agile transformation project. The role is based in Brussels and offers a hybrid working model, with 50% on-site work and 50% remote work. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Guide squads, chapters, and individuals in implementing an Agile operating model tailored to the department’s needs.
• Assess the teams’ methodological knowledge and maturity to select the most appropriate implementation techniques.
• Encourage the adoption of Agile values and behaviours.
• Coach senior management, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and other Agile leadership roles.
• Participate in operational meetings, assess the application of methodologies, and recommend tailored working processes.
• Lead change management activities related to adopting the new way of working.
• Organise training, mentoring, and individual coaching sessions when required.
• Adapt training materials, documentation, and working documents to support the day-to-day application of the methodologies.
• Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and Agile Coaches to assess and implement continuous improvements.
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies at squad, tribe, and guild levels.

Must-Have Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Agile operating models in large organisations is required.
• Experience implementing Agile or Scrum structures in non-IT organisations is required.
• Experience facilitating groups and supporting learning processes and team dynamics is required.
• Experience coaching senior management is required.
• Experience defining or adapting Target Operating Models aligned with Agile concepts is required.
• Experience in Agile transformation, change management, and cultural embedding is required.
• Extensive coaching experience is required.
• A certification in at least one relevant methodology, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, DA, or DevOps, is required.
• English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is required.
