Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a consultancy mission to be carried out on-site at the client’s location, with a 50% on-site and 50% homeworking arrangement.

As a Keystone Solutions consultant you will mentor squads, chapters and leadership in agile thinking, tailor training, support change management and drive continuous improvement across marketing and communications projects.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a complex organization.
• Proven knowledge of agile operating models in large organizations.
• Experience implementing agile or scrum constructs in non-IT organizations, preferably in marketing and communication.
• Experience coaching senior management.
• Experience setting up or adapting organizational Target Operating Models in line with agile concepts.
• Experience with agile transformation, change management, and cultural embedding.
• Certification in one or more methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, XP, DA, DevOps).
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French preferred).
• Soft skills: Team player, communicative, knowledge sharing, empathy, persuasion.

• Motivate employees to embrace the agile way of working, including values and behavioral characteristics.
• Coach senior management and agile leadership roles (scrum masters, product owners, chapter leads) in agile mindset and practical application.
• Participate in operational meetings, monitor methodology quality, propose tailored work processes and recommendations.
• Lead change management related to the new agile methodology, including organizing training, mentoring, and individual coaching as needed.
• Tailor training, documentation, and working documents to simplify learning and implementation of agile methodology in daily operations.
• Maintain optimal knowledge of methodologies used in relevant entities or target groups.
• Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, chapter leads, and fellow agile coaches to propose, discuss, and implement continuous improvements.
• Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, or theme-based ceremonies).

Mission Overview

Requirements

• Proven experience in a complex organization for at least 10 years.
• Excellent knowledge of agile operating models in large organizations.
• Experience implementing agile or scrum constructs in non-IT organizations, preferably in marketing and communication.
• Experience facilitating groups, supporting learning processes, and leveraging team dynamics.
• Experience coaching senior management.
• Experience setting up or adapting organizational Target Operating Models in line with agile concepts.
• Experience with agile transformation, change management, and cultural embedding.
• Experience as a trainer is preferable.
• Practical experience as a product owner and/or scrum master is preferable.
• Vast experience in coaching.
• Certification in one or more methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Safe, Less, DA, DevOps) relevant to the field.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (ideally both Dutch and French).
• Soft skills: Team player, communicative, knowledge sharing, empathy, persuasion.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
