Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a major utility-sector client in Belgium to guide teams toward self-steering, applying Scrum and LeSS at scale to boost value creation and stakeholder collaboration.

You will facilitate Scrum events across multiple teams, support backlog prioritization, bridge business and IT, provide transparent reporting, remove impediments, and mentor junior colleagues. Hybrid, in Melle, starting 13/10/2026 for 12 months (extendable).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with LeSS and multi-team environments.
• Experience using Agile management tools.
• Proven experience coaching mixed teams of business and IT.
• Strong background facilitating group dynamics and organizational coaching.
• Mentoring and supporting junior professionals.
• Fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

Our client, a major organization in the utility sector, is looking for a professional to guide teams toward efficient Agile operations. The project focuses on fostering self-steering teams and implementing Agile principles to enhance value creation and stakeholder collaboration.

• Facilitate and coach Scrum events across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Provide transparent reporting on team progress and operational effectiveness.
• Cultivate a positive team climate by embedding core Scrum values.
• Remove organizational and technical impediments to help the team reach its goals.
• Mentor junior peers through coaching and the exchange of best practices.

• 3+ years experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and multi-team environments.
• Experience using Agile management tools.
• You possess proven experience coaching mixed teams consisting of both business and IT stakeholders.
• You have a strong background in facilitating group dynamics and systematic organizational coaching.
• You bring experience in mentoring and supporting junior professionals.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience facilitating online workshops using Jira, Confluence, Mural, or MS Teams.
• Experience supporting the Product Owner role.
