Taleo Consulting, an international management consulting group with offices in France, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore, Portugal and Italy, is seeking an Agentic AI Enablement Consultant to join our journey. You will bridge business enablement and technical delivery to help business teams identify, shape and deploy AI agent use cases.

Qualifications

Medior consultant with hands-on experience in Agentic Engineering and AI Agent Building.
Proven track record delivering AI agents from prototype to production.
Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

Identify AI use cases and prioritize them.
Co-design and build Team Agents with stakeholders.
Move solutions from prototype to production-ready implementations.
Support adoption and coach business teams in operating their agents.
Identify recurring needs and implementation patterns.
Contribute reusable components, connectors, templates and best practices to the platform team.
Ensure solutions remain aligned with platform architecture, governance and reuse principles.
