act digital is seeking an experienced AI professional to join our Team Agents initiative in Brussels. You will work with pioneering business teams to identify and shape concrete use cases, and help move them from idea to production-ready solutions.

You will also contribute to the Agentic Platform by co-developing reusable components, templates and connectors, while ensuring learnings flow back into the platform and align with architecture and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions from idea to production.
• Experience integrating solutions via APIs with Python and AWS.
• Ability to coach business stakeholders and early adopters.
• Collaborates with platform or engineering teams to create reusable assets.
• Balances delivery speed, governance, maintainability and reuse.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, MCP, A2A, RAG and AI governance.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

You will join our team of experts in AI.

Business team enablement (approximately 60%):

• Work hands-on with pioneering business teams to identify, shape and prioritise concrete Team Agent use cases.
• Co-design and build Team Agents together with business pioneers.
• Help move use cases from idea and prototype to production-ready solutions.
• Coach business teams in the adoption and operation of their Team Agents.
• Combine technical delivery with stakeholder engagement, practical guidance and removal of implementation blockers.

Agentic Platform contribution (approximately 40%):

• Identify recurring patterns, needs and lessons from Team Agent implementations.
• Co-develop reusable components, templates, connectors, documentation and best practices with the Agentic Platform team.
• Ensure reusable learnings flow back into the platform and avoid isolated, one-off solutions.
• Work within the architecture, roadmap and ownership boundaries defined by the Agentic Platform team.

Profile / Requirements:

What profile are we looking for this position:

• Proven hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions and AI agents.
• Experience taking use cases from idea or prototype towards production.
• Experience integrating solutions through APIs and working with Python and AWS environments.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and coaching early adopters or pioneering teams.
• Experience collaborating with platform or engineering teams to convert implementation learnings into reusable assets.
• Demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed, governance, maintainability and reuse.
• Knowledge : Agent orchestration, sub-agents and agent skills. Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) concepts. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). AI governance and responsible delivery of AI solutions. AWS, Python, APIs and systems integration. Patterns for reusable components, connectors, templates and production-ready agent solutions.
