• Medior consultant with hands-on experience in Agentic Engineering and AI Agent Building.
• Proven track record delivering AI agents from prototype to production.
• Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.

• Identify AI use cases and prioritize them.
• Co-design and build Team Agents with stakeholders.
• Move solutions from prototype to production-ready implementations.
• Support adoption and coach business teams in operating their agents.
• Identify recurring needs and implementation patterns.

Role

As part of an Agentic Enterprise vision, the organisation is enabling business teams to build and operate AI Team Agents on an enterprise agentic AI platform.

The consultant will bridge business enablement and technical delivery, helping business teams:

• Identify, shape and prioritise concrete AI agent use cases.
• Co-design and build Team Agents with business stakeholders.
• Move solutions from prototype to production-ready implementation.
• Support adoption and coach business teams in operating their agents.
• Identify recurring needs and implementation patterns.
• Contribute reusable components, connectors, templates, documentation and best practices to the platform team.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with platform architecture, governance and reuse principles.

Profile

Medior consultant with hands-on experience in Agentic Engineering and AI Agent Building, combining technical delivery, integration and business enablement.

• Proven experience building AI agents / agentic AI solutions and taking them from prototype to production.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, sub-agents, agent skills, MCP, A2A and RAG.
• Experience with Python, AWS, APIs and systems integration.
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI delivery.
• Ability to translate business opportunities into technically feasible, production-ready solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and coaching early adopters.
• Ability to create reusable components, connectors, templates and implementation patterns.
• Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment while balancing speed, governance, maintainability and reuse.
