Dataroots BVBA is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to bridge business and technical teams, turning ambitious data-driven goals into production-grade agents and workflows. You will advise on where agentic AI adds value, while ensuring solutions work in real client environments and with their constraints.

You’ll combine software engineering with stakeholder engagement, building end-to-end solutions that survive handovers and scale across engagements. English plus Dutch and/or French are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience building software/data systems and shipped code to real users.
• Ability to own a system end-to-end and ship in production.
• Comfort working with thin briefs and moving teams forward.

Responsabilités

• Understand before you build: map real work and identify where agents help.
• Build and ship in client stack: code, data connections, production deployment.
• Define handoffs to ensure trust between humans and agents.
• Drive adoption and ensure the client team can operate and extend the solution.
• Create reusable building blocks for future engagements.
• Own the playbook: capture learnings for future client work.
