Confidential in Brussels seeks an experienced AFAS HR Consultant to support Credendo's HR team in configuring and optimizing AFAS. You will test implementations, translate HR needs into functional AFAS designs, and guide HR colleagues through changes.

You will collaborate with the external partner and the Credendo HR Project Manager in a hybrid role. The position requires AFAS HR design experience, deep HR process knowledge, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Testing the implementation — you carry out tests, supervise UAT and monitor the quality of the AFAS setup.

• Optimizing HR processes — you understand HR work processes and propose improvements that match AFAS capabilities.
• Knowledge sharing and guidance — you introduce the HR team to new functionalities and provide manuals.
• Change management — you guide colleagues in adopting new working methods and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaboration with stakeholders — you work closely with the HR team, external implementation partner and Credendo HR Project Manager.

In this way you help the team get the most out of the possibilities that AFAS offers.
