Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is hiring an Operations Line Manager to lead assembly, disassembly and inspection teams in a high‑performance aerospace environment. You will ensure daily workshop operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with customer, aviation and Safran standards to deliver engine shop visit milestones on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics with 3–5 years of industrial experience.
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
