Capgemini Belgium seeks an aerospace engineer focused on compressor blade profiles and aerofoils to meet performance and operability targets. You will integrate aerodynamic design with mechanical and manufacturing constraints in a multi-disciplinary team.

Fluent in French and English, you will collaborate with mechanical and design teams, document analyses, and support aerodynamic test campaigns. The role offers hybrid work (70% from home) and a Flex Abroad program to balance work and life.

Qualifications

  • Experience with aerodynamic design of compressors or turbomachinery is preferred.

Your Profile


  • You hold an engineering degree (or equivalent) in aerospace, fluid mechanics, or a related discipline, and have a first experience or strong academic background in turbomachinery or aerodynamic design

  • You have a sound understanding of axial compressor design principles, including blade profiling, performance analysis, and operability concepts

  • You are comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environment, and able to communicate effectively with mechanical and structural engineering teams to support technical decision-making

  • You demonstrate rigour and attention to detail in your technical work, with the ability to document and present your analyses clearly

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your expertise in a complex and innovative engineering environment

  • You are fluent in French and English
