Capgemini Belgium is seeking an Aerodynamic Operations Engineer specializing in Low Pressure Compressors to tackle production and service challenges while ensuring certification margins are maintained.

You will address technical issues, manage concessions and non-conformities, support fleet and maintenance operations, and drive process improvements and cost reductions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure airworthiness and compliant modifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven aerodynamic engineering experience
• Solid knowledge of CFD tools and Python
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerancing
• Fluent in French and good command of technical English
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset for field operations

Responsabilités

• Address technical issues in production and service environments, assessing impact of deviations and proposing robust solutions
• Manage concessions and non-conformities with timely, technically sound resolutions
• Support fleet and maintenance shop operations, respond to customer technical requests and define maintenance criteria
• Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives in production and service engineering workflows
• Support certification of modifications and new applications with cross-functional teams
