Job summary

Ariad Group in Brussels is seeking an experienced analytics specialist to clarify customer behaviour and journey performance in non-life insurance. You’ll focus on analysis and reporting to support commercial decisions.

You'll analyse journeys with Adobe Analytics and Power BI, monitor funnels and conversion rates, build and improve reporting, identify friction, and work with the business team to prioritize opportunities and advance Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics.
Strong practical knowledge of Power BI.
Experience analysing digital customer journeys, funnels and conversions.
Ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
English and Dutch, or English and French.

Responsibilities

Analyse customer journeys across acquisition, pre-sales and after-sales using Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
Monitor traffic sources, funnel performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour.
Build, maintain and improve reporting to support commercial decision-making.
Identify journey friction and translate findings into practical improvement recommendations.
Work with the business team to prioritise opportunities and further develop Power BI reporting.
