Expleo is seeking a Business Analyst in data projects to translate business needs into data-driven requirements and develop Power BI dashboards. You will work across business, IT, data, and AI teams, driving GenAI use cases and defining actionable insights.

Insurance sector experience is mandatory, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate on project planning, testing, deployment, and documentation, delivering executive-level presentations and measurable ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-related projects.
• Experience in project mode: planning, coordination, testing, follow-up.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, and AI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Insurance sector experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Databricks is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, data-driven requirements.
• Analyze data to identify actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide clear recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
• Support project planning, coordination, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, data, and AI teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the definition, validation, and implementation of Data, AI, and GenAI use cases.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI adoption and related change-management activities.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear narratives, visuals, business impact, and ROI.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and support decision-making and solution adoption.
• Ensure measurable business outcomes from data and AI initiatives.
