Job summary

Jobat is helping a stable client based in the south of Brussels recruit an accounts payable assistant. You will join a strong and supportive team, where onboarding will be coordinated by several colleagues to ensure a smooth integration into the Finance & Accounting department.

In this role you will process supplier invoices, manage master data, reconcile records and support regular finance reporting, helping to keep financial data accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accounting data is entered accurately.
• Processing bank transactions.
• Managing supplier master data
• Check invoice details against available documentation to maintain reliable records.
• Help maintain up-to-date supplier account information for daily finance activities.
• Follow up on missing invoice details and resolve basic processing queries.
• Reconcile invoice information with accounting records to identify differences.
• Support the preparation of regular finance reports with accurate data.
• Contribute to efficient administrative processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
