PRG is seeking an Accountant to support multiple entities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. You will manage AR/AP, handle intercompany invoicing, and maintain ERP records to ensure accurate financial operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a degree in Accountancy, and fluency in Dutch and/or French with good English. ERP and Microsoft 365 experience are preferred, with Oracle a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Client-focused mindset and team spirit.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with good English ability.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365; Oracle is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts receivable (AR) & payable (AP)
• Handling intercompany invoicing for AR & AP
• Creating and maintaining customer and supplier records in the ERP system
• Following up on overdue payments of AR & AP
• Posting bank statements
• Assisting with internal reporting (e.g., cash flow, AR files) using Excel
• Providing general administrative and accounting support

We're looking for someone who brings a mix of precision, adaptability, and strong communication. Ideally, you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
• 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in an international environment
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• A client-focused mindset and team spirit
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 (experience with Oracle is a plus)
