Production Resource Group is seeking an Accountant to support multiple entities across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. You will manage AR and AP, handle intercompany invoicing, and maintain customer and supplier records in the ERP system.

You will also assist with internal reporting, monitor overdue payments, post bank statements, and provide general accounting support using Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR and AP processes.
• Intercompany invoicing experience is a plus.
• ERP system experience helpful.
• Proficient with Excel for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Handling intercompany invoicing for AR and AP.
• Creating and maintaining customer and supplier records in the ERP system.
• Following up on overdue payments of AR and AP.
• Posting bank statements.
• Assisting with internal reporting (e.g., cash flow, AR files) using Excel.
• Providing general administrative and accounting support.
