Shyfter, an HR-Tech company, seeks an Account & Partnerships Manager to grow our client base and expand the partner ecosystem. You will nurture existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities across HR and payroll modules, while managing relationships with partner vendors to maximise value for clients.

You will collaborate with sales, CS and development teams, leveraging a people-first mindset to build trust.

Qualifications

• People-first mindset developed in HR, Sales, or Support
• 2 years of experience in one of these worlds; SaaS is a plus
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust with clients and partners
• Analytical mind to track satisfaction, NPS, adoption, revenue

Responsabilités

• Grow value of existing clients and build the partner ecosystem around Shyfter
• Drive upsell by offering deals at the right time
• Ensure retention by staying in touch and monitoring issues (NPS)
• Manage partnerships with current and onboard new strategic partners
• Find new partners and integrate them into the ecosystem
