Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand and manage an existing client base across Belgium, with a hybrid working pattern. You will drive growth, build partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and support integration of sustainable green solutions into projects.

The role emphasizes autonomy, client interaction, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of account management, sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience within the green sector or related industries is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance and identify new business opportunities across the region.
• Build long term partnerships with clients, dealers and stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and oversee budgets.
• Deliver product training and technical support to clients where required.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high quality solutions.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
