Bayer AG seeks an Account Manager for Crop Science in Belgium. You will drive sales with key accounts and coordinate a multifunctional team to execute strategic plans across Belgium’s vegetable seed market.

You will lead with a strong customer focus, build partnerships with growers and stakeholders, and ensure data-driven decisions while aligning with Bayer’s commercial strategy and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and strategic mindset.
• 8+ years in B2B partnerships, sales, marketing or business development.
• Operational experience in customer-facing positions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Generate sales by developing and delivering key account plans per customer.
• Follow up sales results, orders and shipments daily.
• Develop business plans and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with all departments to implement the regional plan.
• Provide data-driven competitive and market intelligence.
