Job summary

GROHE Belgium, part of LIXIL EMENA, invites an energetic Account Manager to strengthen our DIY footprint across Flanders. You will manage strategic DIY accounts, drive in-store presentation, and execute tailored account plans that grow mutual business.

You’ll travel across three provinces, conduct high‑frequency visits, lead promotions, train store teams, and act as the shop floor expert. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus a Belgian driving licence, are required to succeed in this road‑based

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in DIY or construction.
Experience as a representative for a construction/technical brand or in DIY retail is preferred.
Proven success in shop-floor activities, range planning, and shelf optimization.
Strong negotiation and account planning capabilities.
Understanding of supply chain logistics and in-store execution.
Affinity with technical or plumbing concepts (full training provided).
High energy for a road-based role with multiple daily stops.

Responsibilities

Territory coverage with a structured, high-frequency visit schedule across your region.
In-store merchandising: install and optimize shelf concepts and support remodelings.
Promotions and launches: introduce new product lines and drive campaigns.
Training and demos: upskill store teams to boost sales conversion.
Technical and commercial support: act as the go-to shop-floor expert.
