Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Belgium, focused on industrial sensors. The role blends technical expertise with customer relationships and commercial responsibility within a growing team. The position offers hybrid working with a base in Brussels or Antwerp.

You will advise on sensor solutions, handle quotations, and cultivate long-lasting customer partnerships while developing your product knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• Technical background in industrial automation, sensors, machine vision, measurement or control systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Commercial experience in technical sales, customer advising, quotations and closing business.
• Fluent Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• Experience with industrial sensor brands is a significant advantage.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the right sensor solutions for their applications.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers and internal colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, remotely and on-site.
• Prepare technical quotations, follow up on opportunities and convert to sales.
• Work with the technical support team to deliver the right solutions.
• Develop product knowledge through ongoing technical training.
