Cisco BeNeLux is seeking an Account Executive for AI Infrastructure & Connectivity to drive multi-million dollar engagements across BeLux in Public Sector and Commercial/Enterprise accounts. You will translate complex architectures into measurable business value and lead co-selling with partners.

You will build aggressive territory plans, operate with MEDDPICC rigor, and partner with Systems Engineers and CX specialists to close strategic wins in a fast-moving AI and cloud era.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful field account sales experience in enterprise technology, with demonstrated expertise in Data Center Networking, High-Performance Compute, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI Systems.
• Proven track record of independently orchestrating, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-million-dollar ($1M+) enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder decision-making chains.
• Demonstrated experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO) and Heads of Enterprise Architecture, translating complex technical architectures into measurable business value, TCO savings, and operational resilience.
• Proven ability to build, define, and execute an aggressive multi-quarter territory business plan across both Public Sector (Government, Healthcare, EU Institutions) and Private Sector (Financial Services, Service Providers, Enterprise) accounts in BeLux.
• Strong discipline in sales methodology execution (e.g. MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) to maintain high forecast integrity, rigorous qualification, and consistent pipeline generation.
• Fluent in both French and English (both written and spoken) is required to cover the BeLux territory. Dutch language capability is a strong asset.

• Lead market with Cisco's advanced solutions, including AI Data Center Fabrics and Hybrid Cloud offerings.
• Structure modern commercial agreements (EA 3.0, Co-Commitment frameworks, As-a-Service models) and mobilize a matrixed virtual team.
• Co-sell with BeLux partner ecosystem and technology alliances to win complex engagements.
• Orchestrate multi-million-dollar deals ($1M+) with cross-functional stakeholders and executive sponsors.
