Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an ambitious and results driven Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery Team in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling J&J’s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to Surgeons from a wide range of specialties including Bariatrics, Colorectal, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Cardiovascular, etc.

This predominantly field-based role requires engaging with Specialist Surgeons and key hospital decision makers, developing relationships, and creating new business opportunities to increase market share and meet sales targets. As the product subject matter expert, you will also provide in-theatre technical support and in-service training, ensuring maximum benefit and application of J&J’s suite of Biosurgery products.

The main territory will be Brisbane North and the Sunshine Coast, extending up to Bundaberg, QLD.

• Degree qualified, with minimum 2-3 years hospital sales experience within medical devices or pharma and experience working in the operating theatre environment
• Passion for building strong effective relationships and driving commercial outcomes, with tenacity and enthusiasm to understand and support customers
• Strong collaborative nature to work as a team, and highly organised with the ability to work independently as a field-based representative
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to travel domestically within the assigned territory
